  I arrive to my app 15min early to the West Springfield office and they took every person that was there before us and after. We sat there for an hour and 15min and every person that came before and after us was taken in and they were already been seen and were leaving and when i asked why we werent being called the lady said that she didnt know why we werent called and that we were next and 2 patients came after that and they were called in right away and when i was getting ready to leave thats when they called us in. They were so rude in the front about it. Changed offices and NEVER AGAIN am i bringing my kids back there!!!!! If you have too, go to the Westfield office instead, its worth the drive and ladies are so much friendlier there.

  We have been to several pediatricians offices & are very happy with PAHC. Although you have to call separate phone numbers for sick and well visits we have never had a problem getting a timely office visit. Office is clean and professional. The staff is knowledgable & caring.
