- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The check in woman was extremely rude to myself and another patient before me, short hair glasses can't remember her name. She clearly didn't know how to run a mass health if number when I told her and she threw my license back at me.. She needs some training on sympathy and dealing with sick patients..
